Glen Iris Home Wanted

I am in my mid-30s studying a graduate diplom part-time at the Unversity of Melbourne and regularly attend church and lead a bible study. I speak French and have also dabbled in Italian, Spanish, and Mandarin.

I'm ideally looking for a place either an apartment or a house that is mostly furnished, my own bedroom and if possible bathroom, and a nice open living area/kitchen and a place where people feel welcomed.

I'm looking to live with people who are reasonably social but also respect when I need to be quiet to study and who are also reasonably tidy. I want to be able to freely pray and sing. I value good communicaton in a respectful manner. I would like to occasionally have friends over but often go out with friends.
