Rental agreement/cost/payments
Are you aware of the bills that will be required to be paid apart from just rent, and a rough idea of their costs?
How much the bond is, when it is required to be paid, and the conditions required to be me for its return.
How will the tenant be paying you (direct transfer, fortnightly or monthly)?
How much notice is required before they leave?
Whose responsibility will it be to find replacements when they or another tenant leaves?
Questions about the potential tenant
What furniture do they require?
Will they need to store furniture in the house?
Would they like to meet the other housemates?
What is their schedule like?
Discuss topics like food and cleaning, household rosters.
